Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Guilderland Town Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the  Guilderland Town Hall, Rte. 20, Guilderland, NY. 
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Board of  Guilderland has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 17th, 2021, at 7:00  pm , to solicit input from the community on the proposed amendments to  Local Law No. 7 of 2017 for the Pine Bush Senior Living PUD located at 24  New Karner Road, which, among other changes, will replace 96 proposed  independent senior housing units with 86 proposed mixed-income affordable  senior housing units financed under the State’s NY Homes and Community  Renewal program. 
All those wishing to be heard will be heard. 
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Board of  Guilderland has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 17th, 2021, at 7:15 pm, to solicit input from the community on the Water and Sewer District  extension for the Fuller Station Road subdivision.

LEGAL NOTICE
GUILDERLAND CENTER FIRE DISTRICT COMMISSIONER VACANCY-EXTENSION
State law allows fire district boards to fill vacancies by appointment until the next regular election in December.  The candidate appointed by the Board would serve through December  31, 2021.  If the appointee wants to complete the rest of the term (2 years), they would need to run for election in December along with any other interested candidates.
Any qualified resident of the district who is interested may submit a letter of interest no later than August  17, 2021.  Letters of interest should be mailed to Debra Sim, Guilderland Center Fire District, PO Box 141, Guilderland Center, NY 12085 or emailed to .  
All interested parties will be interviewed for the vacant seat at a public meeting yet to be determined.
