NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing to review an application from Marjorie Mabee for two Area Variances: to place a structure in the front yard, and a 50- foot front yard setback in order to place a potter’s shed in the front yard of the property located at 19 North Grandview Terrace.
The Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on TUESDAY, August 7, 2018 at Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Avenue. Please note: this is a change from our regular meeting schedule.

The bond resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted on June 11, 2018, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Voorheesville Central School District, Albany County, New York, is not authorized to expend money, or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution.
A complete copy of the resolution summarized herewith is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the School District Clerk for a period of twenty days from the date of publication ofthis Notice.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Article IV, Section 190-41 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Special Use Permit # 600
Special Use Permit Application #600: application submitted by Stephanie Magee Muha to be allowed to construct and operate a boarding and riding stable. The application consists of a 70 x 136 building that includes 11 horse stalls and a 70 x 100 foot indoor riding arena which would allow limited training and lessons. The parcel is owned by the applicant, consisting of 11.03 acres, is situated within the RA District at 82 Clipp Rd, and is identified as New Scotland tax parcel #94.-1-47.14 This application is a Special Use of Article II, Section 190-12 (D)(6) of the Town of New Scotland Zoning Law.
Hearing will take place on August 7, 2018 at the New Scotland Town Hall beginning at 7:00 P.M.
