COVID Update Town Board Meeting July 31, 2020
The Town Board of the Town of New Scotland will hold a COVID update meeting on July 31, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19 in person attendance will not be permitted. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 the meeting will take place remotely via Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and minutes of the meeting will be made available at a later date. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville invites sealed bids for one new ¾ ton 4X4 pickup truck. Specifications can be obtained from
Highway Superintendent Randy Bates or the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours at 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120 or by phone: (518) 239-4225.
All bids are to be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the bidder’s name and address; noted “Bid for New Pickup Truck”; and received no later than the close of business on August 25, 2020. Bids will be opened and reviewed by the Town Board on August 27, 2020 at 7:15pm. The winning bid will be awarded within a reasonable time thereafter.

Take Notice the Town of Westerlo Town Board has scheduled two Public Hearings on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 6:45 PM at the Richard Rapp municipal Building, 933 County Route 401, Westerlo NY. The first public hearing will be regarding proposed Residential Annual Permit Fees for the Transfer Station.
The second regarding proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2020, Temporary Land Use Moratorium Prohibiting Commercial Solar Energy Systems, Energy Storage Systems and Wind Generation Systems within the
Town of Westerlo. A draft of the proposed law is available for review on the Town website: www.townofwesterlony.com or at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours. The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will follow the public hearings.
