The New York Capital District Christian Women’s Connection is sponsoring an “Ebb and Flow of Life” luncheon on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the Guilderland Elks Lodge at 3867 Route 146 (Carman Road) beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at approximately 1:3 0p.m. Please be prompt.

Your reservation is necessary no later than Aug. 4 and you must tell us if you cancel. Please call Nancy at 518-320-2649 for reservations. On the menu this month is a sausage-pepper-onion hoagie and pasta salad with an alternative choice of grilled chicken salad. The cost is $17 inclusive (cash only).

Our speaker this month Judith Button, from Lockport, New York who will speak on “Learn to serve Jesus through good and bad times, disobedience and obedient times, experiences with loss and gains.” As for our feature, a representative from Yankee Trails will be discussing upcoming scheduled bus trips. Mic Mahoney from Schenectady will entertain us with songs.
