Registration open for 3rd Annual Rensselaerville Ride

RENSSELAERVILLE — Registration is open for the Third Annual Rensselaerville Ride: a non-competitive cycling event taking riders through the hills and hollows of the Helderbergs. The ride, hosted by Helderberg Brewery, will take place on Sunday, Aug. 19, on the Carey Institute for Global Good campus in Rensselaerville.

Riders of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in one of four fully supported courses, or the free, kid-friendly family ride, a three-mile guided ride on quiet backroads. All ride registrations include a T-shirt, lunch, and beverages.

The post-ride festival will start at noon and is open to all — family and friends of riders, and the public. A farm-to-table lunch, including wood-fired brick oven pizza, will be provided by the Hen and Hound Bar and Bistro of Middleburgh. Helderberg Brewery will be providing beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages, and live music will be performed by The Red Haired Strangers and Eric Fernandez. Entry is free and ala carte food and beverages will be available for sale.
