The Town Board of the Town of Guilderland will hold a public hearing on September 17, 2019 at 7:00PM at Town Hall, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, New York 12084 for the purpose of receiving comments from the public on the proposed PHA Plan for 2020 for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.  Copies of the PHA Plan and all supporting documentation are available for review by the public at the Town Clerk’s Office at Town Hall or Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc., 11 Federal Street, Saratoga Springs, NY during regular business hours.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to resolution of the Board of Trustees, Voorheesville Public Library, Albany County, New York, sealed bids for Bathroom Renovations Bid 005-2019 will be received at the office of the Director at Voorheesville Public Library, 51 School Road, Voorheesville, New York 12186, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside stating the bid proposal “Bathroom Renovations Bid 005-2019”, as well as the name and address of the bidding company. Detailed specifications and forms are available to any interested bidder at the office of the Director, Voorheesville Public Library, 51 School Road, Voorheesville, NY.  The bid, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder, within 30 days of August 28, 2019. Rt.1); Switzkill Road, from Helderberg Trail south to the intersection with Canaday Hill Road (Co. Rt. 9); and Canaday Hill Road, from Switzkill Road east to the intersection with Helderberg Trail will be closed to traffic from 8:30AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday, August 3, 2019 for the duration of the 5K Fox Creek race.

The Town of Berne Transfer Station will be closed from 8:00AM to 9:00AM.
