Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Variance Application # 552
Variance Application # 552: Application Submitted by Stewart’s Ice Cream Co. Inc who is requesting relief from Article II, Section 190-17 (B) of the Town of New Scotland’s Zoning Law to allow for an addition to be constructed within the side setback on a parcel. The parcel contains  2.6 Acres, is located within the “Com” district at 2475 Delaware Turnpike and is identified as New Scotland Tax parcel id #93.-1-29. The side yard setback requirement in this zone is 15 feet. This request is for 2.5 feet of relief to allow for structure to be located 12.5 feet from the property line.
Said hearing will take place on July 27, 2021 at the New Scotland Town Hall 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Board of Guilderland has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021, at 7 pm , to solicit input from the community on the proposed amendments to Local Law No. 7 of 2017 for the Pine Bush Senior Living PUD located at 24 New Karner Road, which, among other changes, will replace 96 proposed independent senior housing units with 86 proposed mixed-income affordable senior housing units financed under the State’s NY Homes and Community Renewal program.

The applicant is requesting to build a 16’ by 16’ deck that will require relief of 2.5’ from the north side property line, 34.5’ from the south side lot line, and 31’ to the rear property line. 
The second Public Hearing is for applicants Bradley and Debra Vidro, 26 Echo Point Road Westerlo, NY 12193, Tax ID #:  151.3-2-56. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to finish construction on an existing addition as well as build a deck that will require relief from setback requirements of all property lines except the rear with a maximum relief of 40 feet.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westerlo Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Richard H. Rapp Municipal Building located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193 followed by a Special Town Board meeting for the purpose of voting on a resolution for the establishment of the Town Museum, a resolution for the bylaws for the Museum, a resolution to establish the Home Town Heroes Committee and any other business before the Town. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to review and hear comments on a proposed local law to extend the Temporary Land Use Moratorium, Prohibiting Commercial Solar Energy Systems, Energy Storage Systems, and Wind Generation Systems within the Town of Westerlo for an additional 90 days from the expiration of the current moratorium which is set to expire August 28th. The draft law is available at the Town Clerk’s Office and on the Town of Westerlo website, www.townofwesterlony.com. Please note, CDC guidelines will apply.
