Students with birth dates in 1995 who wish to obtain their records from the Voorheesville CSD must contact Jennie Augar prior to August 4, 2023 at the District Office – (518)765-3313, ext. 103. Records not claimed by this date will be removed and destroyed in compliance with The Records Retention and Disposition Schedule LGS-1 of the
State Education Department.

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Variance Application # 551
Variance Application #551:  Request submitted by David Finlayson and Sandra Hautau, to seek an area variance to allow for siting a 26’ x 30’ 2-car garage within the front setback on a parcel that is located at 97 Pangburn Road, within the RH Zoning District. The parcel contains 2.21 acres, and is identified as New Scotland Tax Parcel # 95.-2-23.  The RH Zoning district has a front setback of 30 feet. This request is for 17 feet of relief to allow the garage to be 13 feet from the front property line. This application is made pursuant to Article II, Section 190-15(B) of the Town of New Scotland Zoning Code.
