"A nonprofit organization in Albany County is seeking sealed bids for sales and installation of security related enhancements: installation of Window hardening, entryway door replacement, perimeter security lighting and fencing CCTV and secure access control and hiring Security personnel. Bid selection criteria will be based on knowledge of adherence to work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost. MWBE vendors are encouraged to apply.

Bids will be accepted until July 25 2025 or until sufficient bids will be received and work is to be completed by Aug 30 2025"

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on July 22, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Rensselaerville, NY to review an Area Variance for Steven & Thedra Cullar-Ledford, 89 Fleming Road, Rensselaerville, NY (Tax Map 149.-1-18.1). The Applicant is seeking 42’ of relief from the required rear-yard setback for a ground-mounted solar array.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing. Persons wishing to appear at such Hearing may do so in person or by attorney of other representative.

NOTICE TO BIDDER FOR BACKSTOP
 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to resolution of the Town Board, Town of New Scotland, Albany County, New York sealed bids for the installation of a new Backstop at Stephen P. Wallace Park will be received at the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall, Town of New Scotland, County of Albany, 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, N.Y. 12159, until 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of August, 2025 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids will be submitted in duplicate in sealed envelopes which shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and title, “Bid for Stephen P. Wallace Park Backstop Replacement”. Detailed specifications and bid forms are available to any interested bidder at Town Hall located at 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, NY.
The contract for the installation will be awarded by the Town Board to the lowest responsible bidder. In case where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may reject any or all bids at its discretion.
The Town Board reserves the right to wave any informality in or to reject any or all bids.
 All bids must be accompanied by Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate required by Section 103-d of the General Law.
