Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Article IV, Section 190-41 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Special Use Permit   # 622
Special Use Permit Application #622: 
application submitted by Dikart Oreifel to be allowed to construct a pond approximately 5,000 square feet in size. The pond would be constructed on a parcel owned by the applicant, consisting of approximately 2.3 acres, is situated within the RA District at 408 Bullock Rd, and is identified as New Scotland tax parcel #94.-1-30.11. This application is a Special Use of Article II, Section 190-12 (D)(2) of the Town of New Scotland Zoning Law.
Hearing will take place on July 20, 2021 at the New Scotland Town Hall beginning at 6:00 P.M.

The bond resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted on July 12, 2021, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Voorheesville Central School District, Albany County, New York, is not authorized to expend money, or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution. 
A complete copy of the resolution summarized herewith is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the School District Clerk for a period of twenty days from the date of publication of this Notice.
