BETHLEHEM — Skip Francis has joined the Sustainable Planning & Design group at Barton & Loguidice as a senior managing engineer in the firm’s Albany office. He lives in Delmar.

Francis received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and previously was a regional manager for an engineering services firm, where he supervised 28 employees in two New York office locations. He was responsible for business operations, financial performance metrics, business development and project performance.

Francis has been an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers for over 30 years and is a member of National Society of Professional Engineers and American Public Works Association.
