PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on July 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a proposed Special Use Permit for “Be Golden Farms”, 15 Gifford Hollow Road, Berne, NY (Tax map 126.-1-26) The applicant is seeking to open an indoor/outdoor dining facility, farm stand and bakery.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE  THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Altamont Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on  Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Altamont Village Community Room, 115 Main Street,  Altamont, New York, to hear all interested persons on the proposed application of Lindsey Marie Giagni  for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Chapter 355, Article V of the Zoning Law, for property situated at  106 Maple Avenue, Altamont, NY 12009, Tax Map #37.18-4-24, zoned Central Business District (CBD),  owned by Troy Miller and leased to the applicant, to accommodate the move/relocation of Giagni’s  existing insurance agency from Middleburgh to Altamont. 
All persons desiring to speak either on behalf of, or in opposition to, said proposed Special Use Permit shall be heard by either attending the public hearing or by submitting written comments in advance of  the public hearing to the ZBA Secretary. Copies of the application materials are available for review at  
the offices of the Village Clerk located at 115 Main Street, Altamont, New York, 12009 during normal  business hours and will be available on the Village website by July 19, 2024 at www.altamontvillage.org.
