To the Editor:

It is with great appreciation and recognition to the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Class of 2019 that we express our gratitude. Zachary Loveday, a junior at BKW, was crowned prom king by his peers on June 1 at the Settles Hill banquet house.

The kindness and support that the students have for Zachary is amazing and we couldn’t be more proud of them all.

“I have great friends and classmates,” said Zach, who was truly on top of the world that night!

As parents of a special-needs student, we have always been so proud to see the generous amount of warm-hearted and kind students he’s gone through the school with through the years as well as the dedicated and gracious educators he’s had throughout his years at BKW.

The Class of 2019 gave Zachary an evening he will never forget; much respect and best wishes to them all!
