PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Westerlo Planning/Zoning Board will be holding one (1) Public Hearing on July 28, 2025 at 7pm at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo.  The Public Hearing is for Pecora SUP 25-2.  Applicant is seeking a special use permit for a permanent camper with roof coverage for water collection and tree branch coverage per Local Law 3 of 2022.  SBL# 162.-2-8.13 located at CR 405 Greenville.
