Charles “Chuck” Peter Schiltz

Charles “Chuck” Peter Schiltz, a devoted dad, died on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at the age of 59. Born April 28, 1961, he was the son of Sylvester Schiltz and Betty (née Lee) Spadaro.

He grew up in Altamont on Gun Club Road where his father still lives. He graduated in 1979 from Guilderland High School and worked at the Electronic Banking Department at Glens Falls National Bank. His full obituary was published on March 10, 2021.

A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, at M.B, Kilmer Funeral Home 82 Broadway, Fort Edward, New York 12828.

    He died on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, after a long illness. He was 82.
