Guilderhaven news: Record-breaking fundraiser

GUILDERLAND — It was worth the wait because once the numbers were crunched, counted and confirmed the Bonide Charity Week for Guilderhaven at Gade Farm was Bonide’s highest charitable donation yet.

We have plenty of people to thank, starting with Art Cockett and the Bonide company for their generosity.

There would not even have been an event this year without the creative problem-solving and hard work of the Gade family, Amy Castillo, and the terrific Gade Farm staff.

Finally, and without fail, Guilderhaven’s success and continued good work depends upon you. Even in the most uncertain of times, one thing remains true: Community matters. And how fortunate we are that our community always comes through.

On behalf of Guilderhaven, our animal friends, and all of those who love and care for them: Thank you!
