LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on July 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a Minor Subdivision for Dominik Imrich and Alena Imrichova, 60 County Route 360, Medusa, NY 12120. (Tax Map 172.-2-26.3). The proposed project will subdivide the existing 116 acre property into two parcels, Lot 1 will be 17 acres, Lot 2 will be 99 acres.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such hearing.
