These local members of the New York Army National Guard have been promoted:
— David Taylor from Schenectady, and serving with the 827th Engineer Company, is promoted to the rank of specialist; and

—Davonte Johnson from Berne, and serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2-108th Infantry is promoted to the rank of sergeant;
