Follow the Yellow Brick Road with Christian Women

The New York Capital District Christian Women’s Connection is sponsoring a “Blueberry Pie and Old Glory” luncheon on Tuesday, July 11, at the Guilderland Elks Lodge at 3867 Carman Road, beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at approximately 1:30 p.m. Please be prompt.

Your reservation is necessary no later than July 6 and you must let us know ahead of you cancel.  Please call Nancy at 518-320-2649 or Mae at 518-895-8977 for reservations. On the menu this month is  turkey wrap with potato salad and blueberry pie; there is an alternative choice of grilled chicken salad.  The cost is $17 inclusive (cash only).

Our speaker is Jean Stiber from New Hampshire with a speaking topic of “Follow the Yellow Brick Road.” Be sure to wear your red shoes!

As for the Feature, Kristy Grassucci-Powers, a soap artist who owns Soaps by Kristy in Scotia, will have homemade products made from natural sources for sale.
