Church holds summer barbecue

NEW SCOTLAND — The Presbyterian Church in New Scotland will hold its annual Summer Barbecue on Thursday, July 9, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the church’s parking lot, at 2010 New Scotland Road in Slingerlands.

Patrons have a choice of chicken or ribs; each is served with homemade coleslaw, a baked potato, a dinner roll, and butter — all in a to-go container.

The cost for the chicken dinner is $12 and the rib dinner is $13. Pick-up only. The dinner is catered by Barbecue Delights.
