Elizabeth Rose Gwin and Michael Bernard Firestone were married on June 16, 2018 at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts. The groom’s twin sister, Emma Firestone, received permission from Massachusetts to officiate.

The bride, daughter of Donna and Robert Gwin of Knox, is the associate director of the Veterans Legal Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, where she was recently appointed as a lecturer on law. An alumna of Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District, she graduated from Syracuse University and received a law degree from Georgetown Law School.

The groom, son of Karen Firestone and David Firestone of Brookline, Massachusetts, is an assistant attorney general and chief of staff to Maura Healey, the Massachusetts attorney general. He graduated from Harvard University, from which he also received a law degree.

The couple will reside in Somerville, Massachusetts.
