Guard promotes Haugen

Dylan Haugen from Slingerlands, who serves in the New York Army National Guard and is assigned to the Division Signal Company, 42nd Infantry Division received a promotion to the rank of specialist.

Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
