SUPPLEMENTAL SUMMONS
Plaintiff designates Albany County as the place of trial. Venue is
based upon the County in which the Mortgage premises is situated.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S):
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to answer the Complaint in this action and to serve a copy of your Answer or, if the Complaint is not served with this Summons, to serve a Notice of Appearance on the attorneys for the plaintiff within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons, exclusive of the day of service (or within thirty (30) days after service is complete if this Summons is not personally delivered to you within the State of New York). In case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT
THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure $38,164.00 and interest, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of ALBANY on September 25, 2002, in Book 4198, Page 977, Document No. 8871310, covering premises known as 602 Livingston Avenue, Albany, NY 12206.
The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.

YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME
If you do not respond to this Summons and Complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the Mortgage company who filed this foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home.
Speak to an attorney or go to the court where your case is pending for further information on how to answer the Summons and protect your property.
Sending a payment to your Mortgage company will not stop this foreclosure action.

I, Patty Blackwood, the undersigned Village Clerk in and for the Village of Altamont, having received the Tax Roll & Warrant for the collection of taxes for 2021, will attend the Village Office, 115 Main Street, Altamont, NY from June 1, 2021 until July 1, 2021 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. During the month of June, taxes are payable without penalty. A penalty of 5% (percent) will be added on all taxes remaining unpaid after July 2, 2021 and an additional 1% (percent) will be added on the first of each month thereafter. If Village taxes are not paid by November 5, 2021, the taxes will be returned to the County of Albany for Collection.

GUILDERLAND CENTER FIRE DISTRICT COMMISSIONER VACANCY
State law allows fire district boards to fill vacancies by appointment until the next regular election in December. The candidate appointed by the Board would serve through December 31, 2021. If the appointee wants to complete the rest of the term (2 years), they will need to run for election in December along with any other interested candidates.
Any qualified resident of the district who is interested may submit a letter of interest no later than July 19, 2021. Letters of interest should be mailed to Debra Sim, Guilderland Center Fire District, PO Box 141, Guilderland Center, NY 12085 or emailed to
