BOCES honors perfect attendance

Two local students —Alexis Bortelli, a cosmetology senior from Guilderland, and Meaghan Irving, a criminal justice senior from Bethlehem —were among three BOCES students in Career and Technical Education honored for perfect attendance during the recent CTE Albany campus awards ceremony.

The students never missed a lesson or class period during their junior and senior years at CTE.

A number of other local students also had perfect attendance for the last year:

— Chad Cox, a criminal justice student from Guilderland;

— Chad Albert, in gaming and web design, from Guilderland;

— James Caruso, a student in the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning program;

— Chanler Kanas, in building trades from Guilderland; and

— Alexander LeClair a student in the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning program.
