NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Westerlo  hereby invites sealed bids for the Westerlo Broadband Expansion Project for the use of said Town for the year 2023. This bid is for Broadband providers only.
Bids will be received up to 3:00 pm on the 7th day of August, 2023. Bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time at the Richard Rapp Town Hall building, 933 Country Route 401, Westerlo, New York.  Bids shall be addressed to Karla Weaver, Town Clerk, Town of Westerlo, 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, N.Y. 12193. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes which shall bear the name and address of the bidder as well as the name of the solicitation. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each bid shall be submitted in the sealed envelope.  The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
