To the Editor:

I am writing to clear up some misconceptions Victoria Vattimo expressed in her letter in last week’s Enterprise.  In it, she refers to a meeting in which she and Mr. [Ernest] Cupernall  appealed to the Board of Assessment Review, not the Knox Town Board, for a vote on their tax assessment grievance.

The town board does not get involved in tax assessment grievances, and her statements that I voted on their grievance are mistaken.
