Woller honored

Ali Woller, from Bethlehem, a junior member of the women's lacrosse team at Ithaca College, earned All-Empire 8 Honorable Mention for the 2015 season.

Woller also aided in Ithaca's defensive efforts, tallying 20 groundballs over 19 games. Woller ranked fourth on the team after winning 15 draw controls. She also recorded seven caused turnovers in her senior season.

This marks Woller's first all-conference award of her career.

  • VOORHEESVILLE — Two Voorheesville 8-year-olds — Maxwell Mallinson and Camron Kremer — have qualified to participate in a Professional Golfers’ Association Aug. 20 competition at Turningstone where they will compete with the best junior golfers in upstate New York.
