Summer shooting sports program offered to local youth

VOORHEESVILLE — Young people can learn to shoot an arrow or fire a gun this summer through a 4-H shooting sports program offered by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Albany County.

The program will be offered at the Extension’s building at 24 Martin Road in Voorheesville on July 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. to children aged 11 to 18. The program will teach students about archery and using air rifles.
