Grateful for P.O. food drive

To the Editor,

The New Scotland Community Food Pantry gratefully acknowledges the United States Postal Workers for their food drive in May 2017.

On behalf of the many families that we serve, thank your for all of your efforts on their behalf as they are the true beneficiaries of your contribution. Many thanks also to the residents who provided the food items for your collection. Together you make our community a better place to live.

The NSCFP serves your neighbors in their time of need. In addition to your support, volunteers assist families with their pantry selections, shop for food, and organize and shelve the products delivered to the pantry. The NSCFP is a very important and essential community service.
