 YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to answer the Complaint in the above entitled action and to serve a copy of your Answer on the plaintiff’s attorney within twenty (20) days of the service of this Summons, exclusive of the day of service, or within thirty (30) days after service of the same is complete where service is made in any manner other than by personal delivery within the State. The United States of America, if designated as a defendant in this action, may answer or appear within sixty (60) days of service. Your failure to appear or to answer will result in a judgment against you by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint. In the event that a deficiency balance remains from the sale proceeds, a judgment may be entered against you.
NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT
THE OBJECT of the above caption action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure the sum of $69,600.00 and interest, recorded on December 28, 1995, in Liber 3360 at Page 1, of the Public Records of ALBANY County, New York., covering premises known as 249 MOUNT HOPE DRIVE, ALBANY, NY 12202.
        The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
        ALBANY County is designated as the place of trial because the real property affected by this action is located in said county.

If you do not respond to this summons and complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home.

AUTHORIZING THE USE AND APPROPRIATION OF BUILDING REPAIR RESERVE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $77,000 
SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on May 28, 2024, the Voorheesville Board of Trustees duly adopted a revision to Resolution 18 of 2024, originally adopted May 8, 2024, to increase the total expense from $36,000 to $77,000 for the installation of a Village owned generator to be funded by the use and appropriation of $77,000 from the Building Repair Reserve, and 
Please take further notice, that said Resolution is summarized as follows:
By such resolution, the Voorheesville Board of Trustees hereby revises Resolution 18 increasing the original authorization for installation of a replacement  Emergency Generator to now include the cost for rental of  a Temporary Generator, if needed,  engineering design services from a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer, and the cost of electrical work for both disconnection of the old unit and installation of the new unit. The total authorization for the project is $77,000, to be funded from the Building Repair Reserve, subject to permissive referendum. The Building Repair Reserve Fund was established to finance the cost of such projects.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the Resolution summarized herein is on file at the Village’s Clerk Treasurer’s Office where it is available for public inspection and also available on the Village’s website; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a hearing, open to the public, will be held at the Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave., Voorheesville, NY on June 25, 2024, at 6:15 pm; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that said resolution is subject to permissive referendum, and a petition opposing said Resolution must be filed within 30 days after adoption of the Resolution.
