The post office delivers!

To the Editor:

Hats off to the Guilderland Post Office for their help in gathering the donations for the annual food drive for the Guilderland Food Pantry. Thanks to their extra effort and the generosity of the people of Guilderland, 2,000 pounds of food was collected.

This drive will help stock the shelves for the food insecure in our neighborhoods this summer. Special thanks to all of the carriers who helped to make this happen.

The Guilderland Food Pantry relies solely on donations from within the town. We are continually impressed with the response of the people of Guilderland. Together, we are helping the food insecure children, families, and seniors have a better day one meal at a time.
