Tax map # 151-1-9. Applicant is requesting an area variance to build a workshop 25 feet from the side property line.

NOTICE OF TENTATIVE COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Knox has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy is available for review on the Town Website (www.knoxny.org). 
The Assessor will be available by phone at the dates and times below to discuss your tentative assessment. Please call 518-281-7040 or email him at if you wish to discuss your property.

Grievance Day will be held Tuesday May 25th at the Town Hall from 4pm-8pm. To encourage caution concerning COVID-19, we encourage all property owners who wish to file a Grievance to submit their paperwork ahead of time to the Town Assessor. This will help avoid any crowding on Grievance Day. No Grievance will be accepted after May 25th.
