Flags will fly for Memorial Day in Knox

To the Editor:

During the week of May 18, the Women’s Auxiliary of the Knox Fire Department will be placing flags by the mailboxes along Route 156. If you do not wish a flag placed, please call me at 872-9400.

Also, on Memorial Day, we are having a bake sale starting at 10 a.m. There will be a parade at noon followed by the Memorial Day ceremony. We invite everyone to come.

On Saturday, Aug. 8, we are sponsoring the annual Knox Townwide Garage/Yard Sale. For more info/application, please call me at 872-9400.
