Mindful meditation can improve relationships

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of Switzkill Farm Park while learning about mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to ease the mind of worries; it promotes good mental health and concentration; and it can improve relationships.

People with all levels of meditation experience are welcome to join us for this free class on May 11 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the lodge at the Switzkill Farm Park in Berne.
