DELMAR — This year marks the eighth annual Bethlehem Restaurant Week, which includes 15 eateries representing an array of cuisine — from Indian to Italian, and sushi to contemporary American.

Each restaurant will offer a three-course meal for $25.

Participating restaurants include Akira, Glenmont; Bellini’s Italian Eatery, Slingerlands; Garden Bistro 24, Slingerlands; Mountain View Brasserie, Greenville; Nicole’s Restaurant & Catering, Albany; Normanside, Delmar; O’Slattery’s Irish Restaurant & Pub, Delmar; and Sam's Italian American Restaurant, Albany.
