NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
(PURSUANT TO §506 & §526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor for the Town of Westerlo, Albany County, New York, has completed the 2022 Tentative Assessment Roll and a copy thereof has been filed with the Westerlo Town Clerk where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until the fourth Wednesday in May.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the roll at the Westerlo Town Hall located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, New York on the following dates:
Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Thursday, May 12. 2022 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm    
Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (by appointment only)
The Board of Assessment Review will meet from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in said Town Hall to hear complaints in relation to assessments of real property.

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of New Scotland, Albany County, State of New York, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and a copy has been filed with the Department of Assessment, where it may be seen Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and examined by any person interested therein until the first Tuesday in June.
    In addition, the Assessor (or his designee) will be in attendance with the roll on:
May 10, 2022 from 9 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. by appointment only
May 12, 2022 from 9A.M. until 4:30 P.M. by appointment only

The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative roll at the Town Assessor’s office at the rear of the Berne Town Library located at 1763 Helderberg Trail, Berne, NY on Wednesday evenings (May 4, 11 and 18) from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm or by appointment.

The new hours will be Monday-Wednesday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm and Thursday 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The office will be closed on Fridays.
