How did parent get away with grabbing children?

To the Editor:

Parents and bullying students at the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Elementary School.

It is not just kids who are bullying students. It has been brought to my attention that parents hang out at school during school hours.

Parents are allowed to visit their children during breakfast, lunch, and recess.

On April 27, a parent left the designated area and grabbed ahold of a child and shook him. He also put his hands on two other children. He told them to go to the principal, which they didn’t.

I would like to know why parents are allowed in school during school hours except for activities. I also want to know how this parent got away with physically grabbing these children.
