Service: Milton J. Hart Jr.

Milton J. Hart Jr. of Delmar, formerly a long-time resident of Berne, died on Feb. 7 with his loving family by his side.

A graveside committal service will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in Berne on Saturday, May 7, at 11 a.m. with military honors.

A worship service will be celebrated immediately following at the First Reformed Church of Berne at 1664 Helderberg Trail in Berne. Masks and social distancing will be required in the church. For online condolences and service information visit Fredendallfuneralhome.com.

  • MONTPELIER, Ind. — Wyatt Joe Hasinbiller dedicated his life to helping people with his wrecker service, his family wrote in a tribute.

    He died unexpectedly at 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, in his home in rural Montpelier, Indiana, which is in Washington township. He was 52.

    He was born in Altamont on April 1, 1987 to Wayde and the late Monica Bush, and he died peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025. He was 38.

  • William “Bill” J. Casey of Rotterdam loved playing and coaching baseball and cheering on the Minnesota Twins.

    He died at Albany Medical Center under Comfort Care on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, after battling cancer. He was 65 years old.
