NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law)
 Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, has completed the Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof will be at the Assessor’s Office, Town Hall, Guilderland, New York, on May 1, 2025 and on-line at www.townofguilderland.org where it may be reviewed and examined by any person interested therein until May 27th and that on such day between the hours of  9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm said Board of Assessment Review would meet at Town Hall, Guilderland, New York to hear and examine all complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby. Grievance Day will be held via appointment.
 The Assessor will be in attendance with the roll available by phone and in person at the Guilderland Town Hall during regular business hours and specifically, as required by law, Tuesday, May 6th from 9 am to 1 pm, Wednesday, May 14th from 2 pm to 4 pm & 6 pm to 8 pm by appointment only, Thursday, May 19th from 12pm – 4pm and Saturday, May 17th from 9 am to 1 pm by appointment only. 
Additional and updated information regarding access to the assessment roll and the grievance procedures will be provided on the Town of Guilderland website.

2. The emissions point results in minor increases in emission levels that remain below permitted HAP and 
VOC cap limits, 
3. Removal of HAPS that are no longer within any paints/solvents used at the facility, 
4. Addition HAPs that are within paints/solvents currently used at the facility, 
5. Revision to Actual Emissions based on 2023 operating records, and 
6. Correction of various administrative errors.

Filed application documents, and Department draft permits where applicable, are available for inspection during normal business hours at the address of the contact person. To ensure timely service at the time of inspection, it is recommended that an appointment be made with the contact person. 
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination 
Project is not subject to SEQR because it is a Type II action.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination 
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The application type is exempt and/or the project involves the continuation of an existing operational activity.
