St. John’s Lutheran Church at 140 Maple Avenue in Altamont has an informal Sunday worship service at 8:30 a.m. and a traditional service at 11 a.m.

Sunday school starts at 9:45 a.m.

The sermon at the 11 a.m. service entitled, "High Standards for a High Calling,” based on John 13:31-35.  Brass duet: "When the Saints Come Marching In" will be performed by Camilla Armstrong and Kyle Williams.
