Guard promotes

These local members of the New York National Guard have been promoted:

— Tyler Center from Slingerlands, serving with the 1156th Engineer Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist: and

— Chanel Kung from Slingerlands, serving with the Division Signal Company, 42nd Infantry Division, is promoted to the rank of Private First Class.
