To the Editor:

The Boyd Hilton Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post will be hosting its semi-annual Chicken ’n’ Biscuit Dinner on Saturday, April 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the VFW, located at 11 Mill St. in Altamont.

The menu includes chicken and biscuits, veggies, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberries.

There will be a large variety of pies for dessert, along with coffee and tea.

The donation for the dinner will be $11.

You may eat in or take-outs are available.

Bring the family down after you get done shoveling snow or doing yard work and have a nice hot meal.

Visit with your neighbors and help us raise funds to continue helping our veterans and our community.
