Although spring has been slow in arriving this year, the Altamont Green and Clean will be right on time.

As it has over the last decade, Altamont Community Tradition will be sponsoring the latest community effort to get our wonderful village in shape for the season on Saturday, April 26. We’ll be assembling in Orsini Park around 9 a.m. to start working on Orsini, Angel, and Schilling parks.

Bring your gloves and gardening tools or sign up to join your neighbors to clean up your block. For more information go to: www.altamontcomunnitytradition.org.

It has always been a fun day; hopefully in the sunshine this year, as villagers gather to green up/clean up and beautify our streets and parks. It’s a great way to get back outside to see each other after being cocooned over the winter. Come join us!
