Laberge Group hires seven

ALBANY — Laberge Group, which provides engineering, architecture, surveying, and planning services, has recently hired seven employees:


— David P. Gilmour, A.I.C.P., senior planner, with 25 years’ work in planning, specializes in healthy and sustainable communities, capital planning, recreation programming, and hazard mitigation;


— Bethany N. Lewis, administrative assistant, has organizational and administrative experience and is fluent in Spanish;


— Daniel M. Miller, engineer, has 15 years of experience as a project engineer and has managed both small and large-scale projects in the electrical and environmental construction industry;



— Tara-Jean O’Neill, assistant marketing manager, has led profitable marketing efforts for companies in diverse industries;


— Esrom L. Philogene, engineer, an RPI graduate with a degree in civil engineering, has worked at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and Massachusetts Department of Transportation;



— Shawna, M. Rowland, engineering technician, has more than 10 years of engineering technician experience including construction plan development, civil engineering, site planning, and structural detail; and


— Scott A. Siegal, community development manager, has more than 10 years of experience serving various capacities in the public sector as senior policy analyst for the Office of the Albany County Executive.
