To the Editor:

What a pleasure and an inspiration to attend yesterday’s Westerlo Town Board meeting!

Apart from the terrific presentation by Albany County Comptroller Mike Conners, the free and lively interaction among the board members and between the board and the public (and yes, great to see so many of the public in attendance) was a total joy, as was the open consideration by the board of so many topics.

Hooray for Westerlo!
