FIRST QUOTA OF SECOND DRAFT LEAVES TODAY.

Will Leave Union Station, Albany, at 11 O’clock.

Final arrangements have been made for the parade in honor of the drafted men who leave Albany today. This was done for all the men of the first draft. Mayor Watt of Albany has selected County Judge Addington to address the men. The parade will form at 10 o’clock in front of the county court house, so as to permit time for the speech of Judge Addington and the parade to the station.

It is announced that whatever farewells are made must be made prior to the starting of the parade, because there will be no chance during the procession and no one will be allowed on the station platform save those in the draft.
