The Chesterfield Homeowners’ Association will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the VoorheesvillePublic Library for the purpose of holding a Hearing in accordance with Section 9.07 of the HOA’s Declaration to consider the termination of the Declaration, which, if terminated, would have the effect of terminating the Association. No quorum is required and no proxies will be issued.  The Ballot will take place at a later date.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaervilleis inviting sealed bids for the cutting, baling, and removal of hay from the two Town-owned fields located between the Public Safety Building and Town Hall.  Bids must be submitted in the form of a flat rate and must be in to the Town Clerk’s office no later than 6:45 pm on April 9, 2019.  They will then be opened and read aloud at 7:15 PM.  Bids will be awarded within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.  A Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate must accompany all bids and proof of Liability Insurance must also be provided.
