LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville is inviting sealed bids for the cutting, baling, and removal of hay from the two Town-owned fields located between the Public Safety Building and Town Hall.  Bids must be submitted in the form of a flat rate and received by the Town Clerk’s office no later than 6:45 pm on April 9, 2020.  They will then be opened and read aloud at 7:15 PM.  Bids will be awarded within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.  A Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate must accompany all bids and proof of Liability Insurance will also be required.
