Hear the music of money

“Greenback Dollars”: Tom Lindsay and Michael Eck, Lost Radio Rounders, will sing about making money, losing money, inheriting money, stealing money, and, of course, paying the tax man.

To the Editor:

On Wednesday, April 3, at 7 p.m., at the Clarksville Community Church, we are once again hosting New York’s premiere acoustic Americana duo, Tom Lindsay and Michael Eck, with one of their new programs “Greenback Dollars.”

The program includes songs about making money, losing money, inheriting money, stealing money, and, of course, paying the tax man.

Lost Radio Rounders keep the legacy of American folk music alive with their very entertaining programs that cover many aspects of our country’s rich musical history. We are proud to have them open our series of spring programs with another of their themed programs.

Their presentations are well researched, entertaining, and informative, with history about the songs, the sources, and the acoustic instruments played.

All of our programs are open to the public; we invite you to join us for an enjoyable evening.  Refreshments are served following the program. The church is located at 1997 Delaware Turnpike in Clarksville. For more information, call 518-768-2870.
