Garden club offers scholarships

GUILDERLAND — The Guilderland Garden Club is offering a scholarship of $1,000 or two scholarships of $500 each to students graduating from the Guilderland Central School District who plan to enroll in a two- or four-year college program.

Students must be planning to enroll in studies in horticulture, floral design, landscape architecture, landscape design, agricultural sciences, forestry, botany, ecology, soil and crop science, or environmental concerns (environmental science, natural resource management, land use management, habitat science, green technology). Other disciplines in these fields may be considered.
